the year has officially begun, forget boring old January and it's lame "new year" thrills,
National Pig Day, is a more appropriate beginning for me! And we celebrated like it was
199"swine" (hahahah, just a little pig humor there, get it nine, swine....) No habits to change at this
"boar"datious party, we just kept current traditions alive with good food,
(provided by the pigs), fun games and famous piggy glam.
we had double the pig fun this year, busy schedules nixed all plans for a big pig party, so my basement became our
pigsty for two evenings, harman's friday night, wilcox's sunday. The harman
drove is full of helpful
piglets who decorated some
swill cupcakes and other piggy delights, as well as informed me that no sty is complete without
mud (hence the small smudges of brown under table and chair legs). And that my hair should be done in
pigtails, a first for me.
we
porked out!

amongst the
spigtacular traditions
National pig parties 1,
2 and
3 holds, we took things up a notch this year and played
piggy bingo!! the winner won some
piggsiestix!!!!!
it was also suggested that a
"trough off" was needed... all
sows, boars and piglets were expected to
pig out!

| harman won! |
And we went
hog wild with a pinata, it brings out the animal instinct in everyone... nothing like
sweaten like a pig to win all a dollar trinkets.
National Pig Day is never a
boar!
Thanks to all who participated and
oinked their way through! Another year started, Happy
Pig day to you!!!!!
